For non-graduating students;

1) Access card from the DSA (for students affected by Sendong)
2) Official receipt from the finance office dated January (for MT Exam admission) or March ( for final exam admission) of any amount as proof of payment.
3) Admit to exam (MT / Final)

For Graduating students;

Clearance is required.

SENIORS need not get clearance for the Midterm and Semi-Finals but will be REQUIRED TO GET CLEARANCE FOR FINAL EXAMS beginning Feb 20.

Those who anticipate that they will have difficulty settling their accounts on or before Feb 29 should see the DIRECTOR OF STUDENT AFFAIRS or her designate anytime from Feb 20 to 29 (ONLY) to apply for assistance. The DSA's endorsement shall be required before the Office of the University Treasurer will consider requests for TEMPORARY clearances. Late requests may no longer be entertained as priority will then be given to other concerns/departments also requiring support.

However, please note that RELEASE OF SCHOOL RECORDS WILL STILL REQUIRE FINAL CLEARANCE and RE-ENROLLMENT will only be allowed when all prior accounts have been settled and the requisite down payment for the new term has
been paid.
